UH Partner Program
This presentation will explore insights on the topic of spiritual fitness and introduce core practices that can foster resilience, purpose and peace. The chaplain will discuss various habits that can build a capacity for being spiritually fit. Attendees will gain practical insights, resources and a deeper understanding of spiritual fitness that will equip them to better care for themselves and others, while maintaining and improving their quality of life. Presented by Rev. Mihas, Chaplain at the University Hospitals Parma Medical Center.
