Downton Abbey: Edwardian Tea Traditions Step back in time to an Afternoon Tea inspired by Downton Abbey and the elegance of the Edwardian era. Tea and treats served.
Step back in time to an afternoon tea inspired by Downton Abbey, and the elegance of the Edwardian era, artfully presented by Royally Amused's Julie Koenig. We will capture the charm, refinement, and quiet grandeur of a world on the cusp of change—where silver teapots gleamed, etiquette reigned supreme, and life upstairs and downstairs unfolded with equal drama. Our Edwardian-themed tea invites you to imagine yourself in the drawing room of Downton Abbey.
This was an era known for grace, ritual, and presentation—a time when the serving of tea was not just a refreshment, but a ceremony of hospitality and social standing. Today, we celebrate that spirit, sampling Fortnum and Mason Teas (Darjeeling & Wedding Breakfast). All the timeless charm of an English afternoon tea, served with a nod to both the Crawleys upstairs and the devoted staff downstairs.
