Ohio Art Deco is a comprehensive look at the legacy of Art Deco architecture in Ohio, using photos to explore the buildings, architects, and designers that shaped the state during its heyday in the Roaring Twenties.
This presentation covers every region of Ohio and all of its major cities, from Art Deco skyscrapers to New Deal public works to small town cinemas and everything in between. Presentations in Cuyahoga County will place a special emphasis on Art Deco architecture in Cleveland, Akron, and other cities in Northeast Ohio.
Presented by Josh Lipnik, a metro Detroit native, photographer, and trained architect. Lipnik travels to the Midwest exploring the region’s unique architecture.
