Time to play yoga! We will build strength, courage, social skills, and calmness all while having fun playing on our mats. Please register--sponsored by the Friends of the Parma Libraries 

  • It's time to play yoga! We will build strength, courage, social skills, calmness, and connection to breath all while having fun playing on our mats. Class will consist of yoga pose games, mindfulness activities and guided mediations for little ones. Guardian participation is required. Please bring a water bottle.

Mats provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own. Register for one class or the whole series: Wednesdays March 4 , April 1 and May 6 at 11:00 a.m.
