A demonstration of the basics of bagel making. This is a limited seat/high demand program. Please join the wait list.
Pastry chef Ann LoParo will show how to make delicious bagels in a variety of flavors in a few easy steps. Samples will be provided to the participants.
LoParo has her own baking school, Annie’s Signature Sweets, in Berea. She teaches a unique variety of hands-on classes, incorporating her 19 years’ experience as a pastry chef. Class topics vary and include gluten-free desserts, breads, cakes, cookies, strudels, pies and candy!
This event is a limited seat/high demand (LOHI) program. All customers that register will automatically be added to the wait list. Customers who have not attended a limited seat/high demand program in the past 90 days at this location will receive priority and be registered based on their registration date/time. All remaining seats will be filled based upon registration date/time.
Customers will receive an email/text notification confirming they are registered for the program closer to the program date.
This program is limited to 20 seats.
Grassroots library service in Strongsville dates back to 1881, when 400 books were located in the Town Hall. More than 120 years later, the Strongsville Branch of CCPL is home to the Kathleen Cochrane DePiero Recording Studio where visitors can make their own tracks, green screen videos, podcasts or audiobook recordings for free.
