Families Cook Together: Three Sisters Stew

“Three Sisters” refers to the traditional gardening method used by Indigenous tribes in which crops of maize, beans, and squash are planted together to protect and nourish each other. This comforting (and vegan) stew is made with crisp corn, creamy beans, and squash.

*Registration Required.  One registration per family.

Supplies will be provided by the North Royalton Friends of the Library.

Participants may be recorded and/or surveyed to capture this program’s effectiveness. This program may include activities that could be considered harmful. In order for your child to participate you must sign the Release and Hold Harmless form and return it to the program location at least one week prior to the program’s start date. Recipes may include nuts, tree nuts, bananas, wheat, dairy, strawberries, berries, and other possible allergens.
