This 45-minute demonstration introduces a thoughtful approach to upcycle sewing that focuses on skill, intention, and design rather than quick trends.
Participants will learn how to evaluate existing garments, identify strong fabrics and silhouettes, and make strategic changes that improve fit and wearability without starting from scratch. The demo will highlight practical techniques and design thinking that can be applied to a wide range of garments, helping sewists create polished, wearable pieces from what they already own.
