Baron Law will discuss the complexities of the probate court system.

ccording to the AARP, the average cost of probate is between 5-10% of the total value of the estate. The minimum time to administer a probate estate is 6 months, and the average time is 14 months. Through this workshop, we will discuss the complexities of the probate court system. Moreover, attendees will learn the various ways to avoid probate while also considering the basic estate planning tools.

The Garfield Heights Branch is a Student Success Center and a Greater Cleveland Food Bank Kids Café location. It also offers a green screen video recording studio and an audio recording studio where visitors can make videos and record CDs for personal or business use.
