Jimmie Gray is a seasoned leadership coach and business executive with almost three decades of leadership experience. He partners with executives and leaders to elevate leadership effectiveness and design solutions for organizational challenges. He is the founder of Gray Management, an executive at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, and the President of the Stepstone Academy Board.
