Free medical testing provided by UH Parma in conjunction with the Sleep Apnea as a Stroke Risk Factor program.

Free medical screenings will be provided in conjunction with the Sleep Apnea as a Stroke Risk Factor. Free testing includes assessments for health issues related to carotid artery, sleep apnea, balance, blood pressure, glucose, non-fasting cholesterol, and stroke risk. Registration for testing is not required.

Participants must sign up for a carotid artery screening prior to the program. To register for the carotid screening, call 440-743-4027 and press option #2. All other screenings will be provided on a first come first serve basis.

Located across from University Hospitals Parma Medical Center and adjacent to city hall, the Parma-Powers Branch offers a full service drive-up window, community meeting spaces and an interactive children’s area featuring artwork by beloved writer/illustrator Rosemary Wells.

This branch is a Student Success Center and a Greater Cleveland Food Bank Kids Café location.
