Discover Careers That Fit Your Personality – Personality fit is a huge factor when it comes to career satisfaction. This is one of many reasons why one needs to learn more about their personality and what it translates to in the world of work. Participants will explore concepts that can help identify their own personality by comparing it to the types noted in the popular Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) instrument. Ultimately, the answers will lead to a wealth of matching career opportunities.
