Learn how to make this delicious condiment to add fanciness to your food.
Harness the power of emulsification to make homemade Aioli and explore the science behind this surprisingly simple recipe. Aioli is the perfect accompaniment for roasted vegetables and grilled meats. This is a hands-on program. Participants should be prepared to whisk for several minutes, take turns and work cooperatively--please register family unit beginning September 22.
