Somatic movements focus on the inner experience of movement, enhancing body awareness and releasing tension. In this class, you’ll be guided through gentle somatic practices to promote energy flow and mindfulness, followed by journaling prompts to unlock creativity and self-discovery.
The movements can be done seated in a chair or on the floor. You may also bring a journal, pen, exercise mat and bolster/cushion for floor seating,
