Join us for a flavorful journey into Middle Eastern cuisine. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make authentic Lebanese falafel from scratch—starting with chickpeas, fava beans, fresh herbs, and traditional spices. The librarian chef will guide you step by step, from preparing your falafel mix to shaping, frying, and serving this beloved street food.
We will also explore classic accompaniments like creamy tahini sauce, freshly chopped vegetables, tangy pickles, and warm pita, turning your falafel into a full meal.
This event is a high demand, limited seat program. All customers that register will automatically be added to the wait list. Customers who have not attended a limited seat program in the past 90 days at this location will receive priority and be registered based on their registration date/time. All remaining seats will be filled based upon registration date/time.
Customers will receive an email/text notification confirming they are registered for the program closer to the program date.
