After years of building in the overworld, you have stumbled across a strange portal. After dusting it off and lighting it with nearby flint and steel, you find yourself stranded in a whole new dimension: The Nether. Your portal is floating over a giant pit of lava, and you must craft a golden apple for its Fire Resistance to escape this dangerous new world. Do you have what it takes to work together, find the ingredients and “craft” your Golden Apple before you are stranded in this fiery terrain forever? Register online. (Food will be at this program. If your child has a food allergy, please call the branch before registering)
This event will be held in-person at the Garfield Heights Branch.

The Garfield Heights Branch is a Student Success Center and a Greater Cleveland Food Bank Kids Café location. It also offers a green screen video recording studio and an audio recording studio where visitors can make videos and record CDs for personal or business use.
