Join us for an introduction to Tai Chi exercises.
Originated in ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for the health of mind and body. Join Dr. Sandy Frazer, who is certified in Tai Chi for Arthritis, Fall Prevention, and Seated Exercise and learn a gentle way to reduce stress and anxiety and to achieve flexibility and balance. Please wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes. Please feel free to bring water for hydration. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Registrations required.
